i simply hate rainy days... i'm not an umbrella kind of gal.. very very seldom that u will find an umbrella in my bag... most of the times.. i rather go into the rain without an umbrella... and i really hate to get my shoes wet.. but i'm quite of an weirdo... people i noe.. hate to get their sneakers wet in the rain.. or dread wearing sneakers in the rain.. for mi.. it's juz the opposite.. i rather wear sneakers when it's raining ... it makes mi feel that my legs are protected from the rain... LOL.. i hate it when i'm in heels or sandals and down comes the rain... and my feet juz get wet throughout.. that feeling is yucky... =X


why the sudden entry about hating rainy days? cos ever since dec 06.. the rainy season has been so prominent.. rain now and then... when will this ever ends... i'm looking forward to dry weather.. yes.. dry COOL weather... not dry hot weather... LOL... i admit i'm pampered.. i can't stand the rain but.. i can't stand the heat too.. hehe... enuff of the rain talk...


Yesterday was Saturday again... as usual went to school in the morning for cca.. after that went to Junction 8 to walk walk around while waiting for my dardar to wake up from his beauty sleep.. After meeting dar and his mum.. we went to bukit timah plaza to eat korean food... the stall recommended by jamie teo in one of the shows.. i'm a kimchi lover, yum yum~.. but the food was quite disappointing.. it was recommended to be so yummy , but i find it simply normal...not much diff from the normal korean food stalls in those food courts.. till now.. the best kimchi soup i ate was at the food court at the basement of Scotts Shopping Centre.. but.. i can no longer taste that animore.. as it's no longer around...


After lunch.. dar drove his mum to Toa Payoh Central and we went to Chinatown after that.. and yes.. it was raining again... Chinese New Year coming again.. and the Chinatown stalls are up again.. had a hard time finding parking slots.. after scouring around and finally getting a slot.. we went around to walk walk.. and i was wearing short heels.. and my feet got that yucky wet feeling again.. cos the ground was all wet..due to the rain... arghhzzz! mi and dar juz walked around... didn't buy much stuff... but i got chocolate...arghz.. sinful indulgence... always got new food stuff introduced at the Chinatown CNY stalls.. this time is freeze-dry fruits in chocolate.. quite yummy..


Went to Marina Square after walking through Chinatown.. wanted to do some shopping, but didn't see much to buy.. instead went to Tinkerbell and got 3 pairs of shoes.. actually is 2 designs nia.. but 1 of the pairs i got it in another colour also.. cos it was so comfortable to wear.. and i couldn't decide which colour to get.. so got both colours.. after deciding.. went to the counter and wanted to pay.. but dar was so nice.. he paid for the shoes..made mi feel so pampered sia.. everytime shopping always he pay... hehe..

as usual...have not been updating my blog.. guess will only update it weekly.. unless got really special happenings... hehe... work has been beri hectic... monday to friday have been working all the way..

Friday

Went to watch the gala premiere of the movie wif dardar , 生日快乐, starring male actor 古天乐 and female actress 刘若英, it was such a touching show.. it's about how the 2 of them met and fell in love.. but due to lotsa reasons and also the gal always feeling insecure.. their relationship was like on and off.. but in fact.. they really loved each other a lot..

the guy nvr failed to wish the the gal happy birthday every year.. no matter where he was or wat he was doing...he was waiting all along for the gal to believe in him fully and was always there for her... but one day he told her that he was getting married to another gal and told the gal that they were to remain as frenz. The gal was devastated.. But the yearly birthday wishes still continued.. Until the 3rd year.. the gal received the birthday wish 36 hrs later than usual..

A mutual frenz of them found out that the guy did not get married at all.. he got cancer..and he lied to the gal to keep her from the truth.. he died shortly after that.. and the birthday wishes after he died was all sent by his sis on his behalf.. and.. even towards the end of the show.. the gal still did not noe he was dead.. but she was still contented with the yearly birthday wish..

The show was very touching.. and i cried...the guy in the show loved the gal so much... does such a guy exist in real life?

Saturday

Woke up with a bad throat in the morning, throat so pain sia.....as usual, went to school for CCA practice.. Hsuping was there for her Volleyball team practice also.. went out for breakfast at the kopitiam near school and went back after that to mark books.. after practice.. went kovan heartland mall walk walk a while and went home after that.. dardar picked mi up at ard 3+, and sent mi to Salvation Army to drop off my old clothes... I had 5 big bags of clothes to drop off... so happy to give them away.. cos i couldnt' fit in them animore.. cos they were too big! hehe... after dropping off the clothes, went for lunch and after that went This Fashion to shop for some clothes again...

After shopping.. ah dar drove mi to Changi Village there for dinner... and went home after that...
After reached home.. i realized that recently i didn't take much pictures to post in blog.. so decided to take a pic of myself... hehe...

Sunday

Slept till quite late today.. my throat got worse... and this time... i realized i got cold.. blocked nose as well... haiz... woke up to prepare ingredients for lunch and dinner.. also packed my food to freeze in the freezer ... keep drinking water... cos the throat pain was getting so unbearable.. i wonder how am i to survive in school tomolo... haiz...

haben been blogging for more than a week... have been too bz working thruout the whole week... and of cos... to lazy to blog... hehe... let's start wif the past weekend...

Saturday

Went to school in the morning for my CCA practice... and after that.. went with Hsuping to Hougang Mall to walk walk and eat lunch...went for lunch at Ichiban Sushi.. and ate the kaminabe(Paper Steamboat)....Saw a nice top from one of the shops... wanted to get it.. but quite exp.. haiz.. the top muz go wif a belt then nice.. but if get the top and belt .. then i will be really broke le... have to give the idea up... haiz...

Went home after walkwalk.. and zzz a few hours.. after that woke up to bath bath and set off for a poly frenz's wedding... ah dar came and fetch mi ... went to pick Min up along the way... met frenz which i haben seen for so so long at the wedding... this wedding couple beri power sia.. dated since secondary school days... all the way till now.. so envious sia... 爱情长跑sia... they always say a woman is prettiest on her wedding day.. and i think that's absolutely true... my frenz Meiling (the bride) looked absolutely pretty and radiant on that day... wore the tube dress that i bought.. but forgot to bring camera to take pics... but nvm... will get the pics that we took with the bride and post it up when i get it from her... frenz also commented i slimmed down quite a lot... so happy~

Sunday

Sunday was my youngest sis b-day.. went out wif the whole family to celebrate her b-day... had Sakae Sushi for dinner... Yum yum...

Today

The MIA Sick Demon visited mi again... yes... i fell sick again today... started off wif a fever last midnight... was practically shivering in coldness.. and my room windows were closed... fan was off.. and i was under a thick blanket.. and yet... i was shivering in coldness... then this morning.. had a real bad stomachache... so applied for sick leave with school today... went to see a doc in the afternoon...and after reached home... i succumbed myself to the alluring bed..and zzz again...

with 2006 gone.. here comes 2007.. hope 2007 will be a much better year for mi... at least 2006 wasn't so bad.. i managed to pass 1 yr of work wif not much mishaps..lost ard 30kg (my resolution for many years =X)... quite a ok year to bet...

here are my resolutions for 2007:

1) drop some more weight and reach 56kgs by april 2007...
2) scrape thru my work safely within this year... LOL
3) try to get my car license by end of 2007... ( guess i shall strike this out.. stick to getting
chauffeured ard by my dardar... =X)
4) try to save $$~~....
5) more overseas trip wif my lovable hubby... heehee

School is starting again... gonna throw myself into hectic work again... no more rotting and enjoying myself like wat i did this holidays...

toking of enjoying.. went marina south to have steamboat wif min and jason on sat... dardar couldn't make it to the dinner.. he was not feeling well... my poor baby...he didn't wan to disappoint mi and wanted to come.. but i made him stay home to rest.... raymond came to join us after that.. after a fulling dinner.. we went to KTV~~ , my fav pasttime.. i simply love to sing ... frenz who noe mi noes i'm quite an addicted ktv singer... hehe...

raymond (left) and jason(right)~~On new year's eve, went to attend dennis's birthday bbq... met baha at hougang central interchange and took 89 to downtown east... met up with karine at pasir ris interchange and off we went to the bbq pit.. the bbq was not bad.. was quite fun..

after the bbq, dardar came and fetch mi and sent mi home... after reached home.. i suddenly felt like going out again... decided to go Mustafa Centre to do some late nite shopping... dardar was so nice to drive mi out again... hehe... reached Mustafa and bought some daily necessities.. after shopping.. dardar sent mi back home ...
